Privacy Policy

This application ("Invoice Automation") is a private, internal tool used by Posh MD Studio. It is not a public-facing application and does not collect data from the general public.

Data Accessed

This application accesses the following data solely for the purpose of generating invoices:

• Google Calendar: Appointment event details (event title, date/time, attendee name and email) from the business calendar.
• QuickBooks Online: Customer records, product/service items, and invoice creation.

Data Storage

All data is processed locally on the business owner's computer. No data is transmitted to third parties beyond the Google and QuickBooks APIs required for operation. OAuth tokens are stored locally on the device running the application.

Data Sharing

This application does not share, sell, or distribute any data to third parties.
